We are committed to fostering a nurturing environment where each person can explore their journey to holistic wellbeing. Blending ancient wisdom with modern practices, we strive to inspire personal transformation, enabling others to tap into their inner power.
Most of all to empower our community to thrive both on and off the mat!
Hey! I'm Jo! For half of my life I've been pretty dedicated to personal growth, intuitively I adopted a holistic approach, gathering a toolbox of techniques along the way. My journey has been about self-discovery, and healing, I'm passionate about sharing these learnings with others guiding them on their own paths to wellness. Yoga has been a cornerstone in my journey, for me it isn't just about pretzel poses; it's a way of life -embracing all eight limbs of yoga.
I've been working in corporate health for a few years now, I'm qualified Reiki 1&2, recently completed an ICF certification in Professional Coaching and having had several years of experience in the automotive world I understand the importance of self-care and empowerment in the workplace, which is why I offer professional wellness coaching to companies for their staff.
If you've made it this far ,then a little more about me...Outside of work I'm a proud mama & partner and love to explore outdoors (like a lot!) , hiking with my pooch and generally soaking up all the wild wonders nature has to offer. Really hope to see you soon! Jo x
Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes are designed to cultivate both strength and surrender, suitable for all abilities.
In our dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes we'll synchronise movement with breath, flowing through sequences that build heat, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our Vinyasa classes offer variations and modifications to suit your needs, ensuring a safe and fulfilling practice.
On the flip side, our Yin classes invite you to slow down, surrender, and dive deep into relaxation. With a focus on long-held, passive poses, Yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, promoting flexibility, release, and inner peace. These gentle yet powerful sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level, and provide a tranquil space to explore the subtler aspects of the practice.
At the heart of both our Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes lies a philosophy of empowerment over perfection. I believe that yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but rather about embracing your journey, honouring your body, and tapping into your inner strength. I'll guide you with compassion and encouragement, creating an inclusive environment where you can explore, grow, and thrive at your own pace.
