Hey, I’m Jo! My journey into wellness began with my own need for healing, and over the years, I’ve immersed myself in personal growth, holistic practices, and self-discovery. Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to help others find balance and empowerment in their own lives.
Yoga has been a cornerstone in my journey, and has deepened & evolved over time, for me it’s no longer about pretzel poses & ’perfection as I once believed’; it's a way of life -embracing all eight limbs of yoga and the lifelong journey. How exciting that we get to level up as much as we want?!
Aside from teaching yoga, I've been working in corporate health for a few years now & am a professional wellness coach (ICF trained), I'm also certified Reiki 1&2, and am currently completing a 400hr course as a breathwork facilitator-something I am extremely passionate about.
Having had several years of experience in the automotive & corporate world prior I truly understand the importance of self-care and empowerment in the workplace having hit burnout and mental decline myself.
If you've made it this far ,then a little more about me...Outside of work I'm a proud mama and love to explore outdoors (like a lot!) , hiking with my King Charles or friends and generally soaking up all the wild wonders nature has to offer. I really hope to see you soon! Jo x
Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes are designed to cultivate both strength and surrender, suitable for all abilities.
In our dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes we'll synchronise movement with breath, flowing through sequences that build heat, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our Vinyasa classes offer variations and modifications to suit your needs, ensuring a safe and fulfilling practice.
On the flip side, our Yin classes invite you to slow down, surrender, and dive deep into relaxation. With a focus on long-held, passive poses, Yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, promoting flexibility, release, and inner peace. These gentle yet powerful sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level, and provide a tranquil space to explore the subtler aspects of the practice.
At the heart of both our Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes lies a philosophy of empowerment over perfection. I believe that yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but rather about embracing your journey, honouring your body, and tapping into your inner strength.
